Citizens Advice 1066 are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (Registration Number:N201400159) and are currently able to provide free support for Level 1 immigration issues only.

Level 1 immigration issues include:

A   Asylum work-

• notifying UKVI of a change of address
• simple applications to vary conditions 
• simple applications for leave in line for UK born children of refugees 

B   Applications for leave to enter or remain for-

• visitors
• spouses/partners under 5 year rule
• fiancé and other dependent relatives
• Skilled Worker applications
• other Points based applications

C   Basic applications for registration of a child as a British citizen, naturalisation as a British citizen or confirmation of British nationality status.

More complex applications and claims relying on human rights grounds will have to be referred to a higher-level adviser as CA1066 only currently offer level 1 immigration advice at this office. Depending on the circumstances and your financial situation, this may be to an agency working with legal aid, or offering free services or solicitors charging fees. We will discuss your options before making any referral.
